CACL
will strive to eradicate child labour, protect and advocate child
rights, articulate the voice of children and work towards a
pro-child state policy, through campaign, advocacy, capacity
building, research, legal intervention, networking, promoting and
building alliances with secular and democratic mass movements. In
the process CACL will imbibe democratic and secular values that
respect children’s potentiality and participation. The practice of
CACL will be transparent and accountable.
